Billie is extremely knowledgeable of the area and was considerate of checking the (admittedly many) boxes I had for our home while staying within the price range we set for ourselves. There was a two week stretch when houses were not coming onto the market that excited us and we were considering settling for less than our dream house. Billie encouraged us to give it some time saying the perfect house will come along and I am so grateful for that because this house felt like home the first time we stepped in. We loved working with Billie, I cannot overstate it, she helped us land our perfect house in this very competitive market and we owe her so much.
